Knowfat Lifestyle Grille

KnowFat is both a nutrition center and a healthy, fast-food restaurant--a one-stop shop for current and aspiring nutrition junkies. The nutrition center has an assortment of products that specialize in weight control, muscle tone, endurance, vitamins, and snacks. The restaurant has good taste, smartly portioned servings of typical American cuisine, only healthy (i.e. the French fries are air cooked instead of fried). Sure, the food isn't as delicious as fatty American food, but that usually isn't a concern for the health fan who usually frequents this Massachusetts based chain. All-in-all, it is reasonably priced considering the speed in which the food is prepared, the quality of the food, and the nutritional value. Worth taking a trip to. I'm pretty sure there is one located by the Landmark Center in Boston for the green urbanites.

Is it Green? Not really. I'm pretty sure they don't recycle. However, they do avoid using disposable dishware.
