I used Healthy Home to insulate my entire home last fall during a major reconstruction project.

I am not sure how good or bad Icynene is for the environment, but I can say that it did dramatically help my heating bills.

I nearly doubled the sq. footage of my home from 2100sq/ft to 4050sq/ft and my heating bills were the same as the year prior, during a bunch of construction, windows & doors open etc..

it cost a bit more than traditional, but it seems to be well worth it.

Very interested to see how it performs during the summer, with or without the AC on in the house.
