I love love love this place. It reminds me of an old country store in Vermont. The people behind the counters are really friendly and fun. They seem to all love working there. The sandwiches are all made with locally made bread and unique flavor combinations. If I've got the time, I like to order a sandwich on the deli side and a coffee from the coffee shop side and hang on the couches. Time passes quicky this way. Seats fill up fast on Sunday mornings/afternoons so be sure to get there early. Somehow a cookie always makes it onto my plate too, but who am I to complain. The Hubbard Park, made with Hummus, Avocado, Apple, Carrots, Tomato, Sprouts, Honey Mustard and Cheddar is awesome. The apple gives such a nice sweet balance to your typical sandwich vegetables. The Fayerweather, made with Turkey, Swiss Cheese, Sundried Tomato-Pesto-Mayonnaise, Lettuce and Tomato is also great. It's your regular turkey and swiss kicked up a few notches.
