Club Quarters is a corporate account hotel located in downtown Boston in the financial district. The hotel does the majority of its business booking with corporations and offering a discounted hotel rate to members of corporations that are members. They don't do booking for walk-in guests, but if there are rooms left over that are not booked by corporations, they are offered up on hotels.com and are a very reasonable rate for downtown Boston. Rooms aren't especially spacious, but they are totally renovated and include flat-screen tvs. The hotel is right next to the restaurant the Elephant and Castle, and they do room service.

Like most hotels, Club Quarters offers guests the opportunity to reuse their towels and sheets if they are staying more than one day. Actually, the default option is re-use and they have to ask for new towels or sheets or put the towels on the floor if they want new. This saves the hotel time and money and energy, but is also good for the environment. Water is available to drink straight from the faucet, as well as from fountain-type dispensers in the hallways on each floor with recyclable water bottles to use if desired. The "Club Room" downstairs offers guests a place to meet and greet, watch TV, and sometimes has out little treats, like coffee and tea, or lemonade and cookies. Newspapers, reading material, and tourist attractions are available, as is a computer and printer if you need to get directions or print plane tickets. There are few places that you find recycling, although they do recycle paper and cardboard but don't seem to recycle plastics or anything else.
