Chansky Super Mkt

Chansky's market is a great store for its location. Any time I need just about any food other than produce or meat I can find it here. The staff is always friendly and they feel like a part of the community. Always a great beer and wine selection, this place is your party headquarters....if you're not throwing an extravagant party....
They make their own sauces, spreads and soda here as well, which are great!
Downstairs they have state redemption for recycling bottles, and they opt to use a fan instead of the AC on hot days. They offer Odwalla beverages at the front of the store and nearly refuse to give customers bags for single and or small items so as to cut down on waste.
They are very aware of environmental problems and they are putting forth a good effort to be Green. Another locally owned shop that we can put our faith into for good service and this one is trying a bit to reduce their footprint.
