Brueggers Bagel Bakery

I'm currently a customer of the Downtown Crossing Bruegger's pretty much 5 days a week. They're breads/bagels & baked goods are top-notch, especially for a franchise. This place is really well run, there's hardly ever a wait, the staff is super & efficient. I highly recommend the Wild Mountain Blue Berry coffee. All the coffee (which is surprisingly VERY good) is Fair Trade Certified, and they do recycle, they have a special discount if you bring your own mug, and they don't have plastic bags. I think as a franchise there is some financial leeway for them to take some more steps towards being more green, but at the same time they are doing some good things already, simple though they may be.
