The customer service is fantastic. They will really spend time with you to meet your personal beauty needs. With that service comes a $$. Can't grab face wash here for the same price as a CVS or Wlagreens.
However, thier products are natural and made mostly from plants, and are NOT tested on animals!

Most products come in Glass, not platic, bottles. They also have a huge recylcing warning on the back indicating that you need to seek out a recyling vendor.

I wish you were able to return and refil your glass bottles. I have yet to find a beauty salon that uses a "Bulk" refill system. Do I honestly need to collect 6-10 empty bottles of face wash, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner a year?
